Appointments
We see all patients on an appointment basis, and request that you call in advance so that we can reserve a time for you. We make every effort to honor all time commitments and request that you extend the same courtesy to us.
If you cannot keep an appointment, please notify us immediately. We ask that you give us 24-hour notice.
Emergencies
We recognize that emergency situations arise, and we will do our best to respond to your problem promptly. If you do have such an emergency, please call us as early in the day as possible. If the problem arises when the office is closed, please leave a message on our answering service or call Dr. Matt Nehl on the emergency contact line: (605) 210-2621.
Mission Statement
Our office policy is to provide our patients with the best quality dental care in a comfortable, affordable and timely manner. We will stand by our dental treatment, provided you are as committed to your oral health as we are; by keeping all scheduled appointments, following our treatment recommendations and staying current on your preventive recare appointments. We will honor your appointment times and we request that you honor them as well.
